With Vision Coaches being a coach hire service, we go to a lot of places all over the UK and further, so we know what events are happening, and where is ‘hot’.
Across the UK there is always things to do, whether that be in Liverpool, Manchester, Chester, Wales or even London.
If you’re taking a day trip out to Liverpool, why not check out Lime Street Station?
Voted Station of the Year in 2010 at the National Rail Awards, Lime Street station is the oldest and largest station in Liverpool after being built in 1836. With refurbishments coming in 2017/2018, admiring the station before this should be a top priority.
However, if you’re just spending a day then we would recommend Knowsley Safari Park, a drive through zoo. Filled with monkeys, lions, giraffes, elephants and many other animals! After being built upon a World War 2 RAF base, Knowsley Safari Park has become one of the most famed attractions in the north west.
If you’re spending a day in Chester, check out Chester Zoo. Full of enclosures with over 500 species and 20,000 animals, it makes a fun day for the kids! Chester Zoo is the most visited wildlife attraction in Britain, with over 1.69 million visitors in 2015 alone!
Alton towers is one of the most well-known theme parks in the UK. With almost 3 million visitors in 2014 alone, this theme park is one to visit if you’re looking for a great time. With over 50 rides including roller coasters and water rides, Alton Towers in Staffordshire is a great time for everyone, with some of the top rated rides in the world, a water park and overnight stay!
So many places, but so little time! We have a compiled list of all of our suggestions and recommendations here at Vision Coaches, and we think that you would be interested in some of them, ranging from places all across Britain such as Wales, Newcastle, The Lake District, Blackpool and more!
