With exceptional sights this is one of the places to visit whilst in the area. Built in the “Arts and Crafts” style in 1900, it has been open to visitors since 2001 with exhibitions by popular artists for everyone to enjoy.
At the head of Windermere lake, Ambleside would be a great place to stop off along your coach tour. With a great pub scene complimenting the fantastic atmosphere you can find here, this Victorian-like town should definitely be somewhere to aim for on your tour.
