The Globetrotters – you’ve heard of them at least once (no, not the species of bird).
Arguably the world’s most famous basketball team, all the way from Harlem New York are turning 90 this year, and we have the honour of touring them around the UK.
Starting from London, their tour will take them as far as Aberdeen, showing off all of their mesmerizing skills to Britain!
If you’ve not seen what they can do, you’re missing out. Our favourite basketball team has something instore for you that will blow you away.
This year, the Harlem Globetrotters are planning on making it the biggest one they can, making even more people smile and laugh, cheer and scream their names as they have been doing for the past 89 years.
“The Harlem Globetrotters are one of the few truly globally-recognised brands. You can go anywhere in the world, say ‘Globetrotters’, and it will put a smile on people’s faces, young and old.” Is a quote you can find on their website post about the 90th year, and here at Vision Coaches we couldn’t agree more. With one of our staff going to watch them last year, he still talks about it to this day.
Vision Coaches have the honour of touring them again this year, taking them on their tour around England and Scotland, showing the UK what they have to offer.
With members like the famous 7’4” Stretch, all the way down to Too Tall at 5’2” (The shortest player in Globetrotter history), you can check the team roster to see if your favourite player has the chance to get a slam dunk!
